For legal reasons we currently only offer this in the United Kingdom. If you wish to offer your own incentives to customers when they leave feedback, then you may do so and administer your own competition or offer internally. All customer emails are recorded as part of the feedback process and available in your dashboard making running incentives easy.

Most people share their link the following ways: Email, Text message, business card, Review cards (download our template free to print your own or order directly from our store), Contactless NFC stickers, Printing your link and QR code to invoices.

All review sites operate differently, most reviews do not appear instantly and can take a few hours/days to appear. In some cases a review will be flagged for breaking the rules of certain platforms and may not be made public. Finally we are only able to alert you to users who were directed to your platforms, ultimately it is up to the customer to leave the review and in some cases they may not follow through.
