Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services for men in a supportive, healing environment. We empower clients through personalized, trauma-focused care, promoting resilience and overall well-being while fostering a stronger, healthier community.
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides intensive treatment for those needing more support than outpatient therapy but not 24-hour care. With daily therapy, group activities, and personalized care plans, PHP helps you build coping skills, improve mental health, and achieve lasting recovery.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexible treatment for those needing support while managing daily responsibilities. Featuring group therapy, individual counseling, and therapeutic activities, IOP is ideal for those transitioning from PHP or residential care. The program focuses on maintaining progress and preventing relapse.
Oceanside Mental Health provides supportive housing for men seeking a stable, sober environment during treatment. Partnering with local programs, we ensure a safe space to focus on recovery.
At Oceanside Mental Health, we utilize a variety of evidence-based and innovative treatment modalities to provide the highest quality care. Our comprehensive approach ensures that each individual receives personalized treatment tailored to their unique needs.
At Oceanside Mental Health, we utilize Pretaa, a digital platform that delivers real-time insights into patient behavior and overall well-being, to enhance our mental health treatment programs for men. By integrating Pretaa into our treatment programs, we can monitor various biometric indicators and track patient progress, enabling us to make dynamic adjustments to treatment plans that meet each individual’s unique needs.
The insights gathered through Pretaa support both our team and our patients, fostering a more proactive and informed approach to mental health recovery. At Oceanside Mental Health, we believe that integrating advanced technology like Pretaa elevates the quality of care we provide, allowing us to offer a more responsive and tailored approach to mental health treatment.
